Acceptable Use Policy

The core capability of this platform — transforming a live video feed to resemble a reference image — carries real risk of misuse against real people, and we take that seriously. You may not: use a photo of a real, identifiable person as a reference image without that person's explicit, informed consent; create sexually explicit, intimate, or degrading content depicting a real person without their consent; use the platform to impersonate someone else in order to deceive viewers, solicit money or personal information, or damage their reputation; or use a public figure's or celebrity's likeness in a way that falsely implies their endorsement of a product, service, or message. Consent must be specific to this use — a person appearing in a photo does not, by itself, mean they've agreed to have their likeness used this way.

This is a zero-tolerance category. You may not upload any image of a minor as a reference image, use the platform in any way that sexualizes or exploits a minor, or use the platform if you are yourself under the platform's minimum age requirement without the required parental or guardian consent described in our Terms of Service. Violations in this category result in immediate, permanent account termination and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement as required by law.

You must own or have the necessary rights and permissions for any image, video, or audio you upload to the platform, including reference images and camera footage of other people appearing alongside you. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated output does not infringe on any third party's copyright or other intellectual property rights.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data that isn't yours; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without authorization; attempt to bypass coin consumption, rate limits, or other technical controls; or use automated tools to abuse platform resources, including excessive or scripted API/streaming requests intended to degrade service for other users.

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without prior notice, at our discretion. If you believe someone is violating this policy — including using your own likeness without your consent — please file a report and we will review it.
