Refund Policy

Coin Purchases

Coins are digital credits used to access AI streaming features on NixVidly.com. When you complete a purchase, coins are added to your balance immediately, and the transaction is generally treated as final at that point. That said, we review every refund request individually — automatic denial isn't our default position.

When a Refund Is Possible

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge)
• Your payment was deducted but coins were never credited to your account due to a payment processing error
• A verified technical problem on our end prevented you from using the coins you purchased

When a Refund Is Not Available

• Coins that have already been spent on streaming time or completed AI generations
• Dissatisfaction with AI output quality, where the service otherwise functioned as intended (see our AI-Generated Content terms)
• Change of mind after a purchase where the coins remain usable and unaffected by any technical issue
• Requests made after an extended period following the original purchase

How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket from your dashboard and describe what happened, including the approximate date and amount of the purchase. We review each request individually and will respond with a decision. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method where possible, or credited to your account balance where a direct reversal isn't available through the payment provider used.
