Getting Started
What is NixVidly.com?
NixVidly.com lets you apply real-time AI transformations to your webcam feed and stream the result live — swap your look, change your setting, or apply a stylized effect while you're on camera, all processed live rather than edited afterward.
Do I need any special hardware?
No special hardware is required. A working webcam and a stable internet connection are enough to get started. For streaming to third-party platforms like Twitch or YouTube, we recommend using OBS Studio alongside NixVidly.com — see the OBS section below.
How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started" from the homepage, fill in your name, email, and password, agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy, and complete the human verification step. You'll then be asked to verify your email before you can access your dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
New accounts don't start with free Stream Coins by default, but you can explore the dashboard, permissions, and interface before purchasing coins. Check the Pricing page for current package options.
Email Verification
Why do I need to verify my email?
Verifying your email confirms the account belongs to you and helps us keep the platform free of fake and automated accounts, so support, notifications, and payment confirmations reach a real inbox.
I didn't receive my verification code — what do I do?
First check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, use the "Resend Code" button on the verification screen. Codes expire after 15 minutes, so make sure you're entering the most recent one sent to you.
My code expired before I could enter it
No problem — just click "Resend Code" to get a fresh 6-digit code. Each new code invalidates the previous one.
Can I change the email address I registered with?
Reach out to support with your account details and we can help update it for you.
Stream Coins & Pricing
What are Stream Coins?
Stream Coins are the currency used across the platform to pay for AI streaming time and related features. Coins are consumed per second while your AI transformation is actively running.
How does the exchange rate work?
$1 = 5 coins at the base rate. Larger packages include a bonus on top of that — each package's exact bonus percentage is shown live on the Buy Coins page.
How do I buy coins?
Go to "Buy Coins" from your dashboard, pick one of our packages (or enter a custom amount), and pay with card, cryptocurrency, or bank transfer.
How much does streaming cost?
Streaming is billed at 0.3 coins per second. Your dashboard also shows a live remaining-time estimate based on your current balance, so you always know roughly how much streaming time you have left before you need to top up.
How fast do coins get used up?
Consumption is shown live on your dashboard while you stream — your coin balance and estimated remaining time both update in real time, so you always know where you stand before and during a session.
What happens if I run out of coins mid-stream?
Your stream ends automatically the moment your balance would run out — you're never charged for time you can't afford, and your balance never drops below zero.
Do unused coins expire?
No — coins remain in your balance until you use them. There's no expiration date.
Payments & Bank Transfer
What payment methods are supported?
You can pay by card, cryptocurrency, or manual bank transfer, depending on what's enabled on your account region.
How long does a bank transfer take to be approved?
Bank transfers are reviewed manually by our team. Coins are credited to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed and approved — this is typically done promptly, but can occasionally take a little longer during high volume.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Card and crypto payments are processed by our trusted payment providers — we never see or store your full card number. For bank transfers, you upload a proof of payment which is only reviewed by our admin team.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please open a support ticket with your transaction details and our team will review it.
Camera & Permissions
Why does the site ask for camera access?
Camera access is required so we can capture your live video feed and apply the AI transformation to it in real time before streaming.
Why do I need HTTPS?
Browsers only allow camera access on secure (HTTPS) connections. Your dashboard checks and confirms this automatically — you don't need to do anything extra.
I denied camera access by mistake — how do I fix it?
Use the "Request Camera" or "Diagnose" buttons on your dashboard to re-trigger the permission prompt, or update the camera permission for the site directly in your browser settings.
Which browsers are supported?
Modern versions of Chrome, Edge, and Firefox all work well. For the smoothest experience, we recommend Chrome.
AI Transformations
What are Quick Styles?
Quick Styles are one-click preset transformations (like Cyberpunk, Anime, Cartoon, Medieval, and more) you can apply instantly without writing a custom prompt.
Can I write my own custom transformation?
Yes — use the Prompt field on your dashboard to describe exactly the look or scene you want, for full control beyond the preset styles.
What are reference images used for?
Uploading a reference image lets the AI use it as a visual guide for your transformation, giving you more consistent and specific results than a text prompt alone.
Is the transformation really real-time?
Yes — the AI processes your camera feed continuously while you're live, rather than being applied to a pre-recorded video afterward.
OBS & Desktop App
What is the OBS integration for?
It lets you route your AI-transformed output into OBS Studio as a virtual camera source, so you can use it like any other video source in your streaming/recording setup.
How do I get the OBS installer?
From your dashboard, go to the OBS section and purchase or unlock the installer using your coin balance or a card payment, then download it directly.
What is a Desktop Access Token for?
The desktop token authorizes the standalone desktop app to connect to your account, letting you run the AI transformation outside the browser for more flexible streaming setups.
Do I need OBS to use the AI transformation at all?
No — you can transform and stream directly from your browser dashboard. OBS is only needed if you want to stream to third-party platforms or use it as an additional video source in a larger production setup.
Streaming to Other Platforms
Can I stream to Twitch, YouTube, or TikTok?
Yes. Once your AI-transformed video is available as a virtual camera source through the OBS integration, you can select it as your video source in OBS and stream out to any platform OBS supports.
Does {$sname} stream directly to those platforms for me?
No — the platform handles the real-time AI transformation. Getting that output to Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, or elsewhere is done through OBS (or similar software), the same way you'd stream any other video source.
Will there be a delay between my camera and the AI output?
Processing happens in real time, though as with any live video pipeline there is a small amount of latency. This is generally not noticeable for typical streaming use.
Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and follow the instructions to receive a reset code by email.
Is my personal data safe?

Can I delete my account?
Contact support to request account deletion, and we'll guide you through the process.
Someone else has access to my account — what do I do?
Change your password immediately and contact support so we can help secure your account.

How do I contact support?
Open a support ticket from your dashboard's Support section, and our team will respond as soon as possible. That same page also has direct WhatsApp, Telegram, and email options if you'd rather not wait for a ticket reply.
Is there a community I can join?
Yes — check the Telegram link in your dashboard sidebar (or on the Support page) to join the community and stay updated on announcements.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
