NixVidly.com provides real-time AI-powered livestream transformation services that allow content creators to enhance their broadcasts with cutting-edge artificial intelligence. Users purchase virtual coins to access and power these transformations during their streams. The specific features, capabilities, and availability of services may be updated or modified from time to time without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to use the Platform.

Coins are virtual credits used exclusively to access AI transformation features on the Platform. Coins are non-transferable and hold no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of currency. Coin rates, pricing, and consumption rates are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to adjust balances, correct errors, or reverse transactions if fraud or system errors are detected. Purchased coins are subject to our Refund Policy.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, generate, and stream through the Platform. Without limiting the general prohibition on unlawful or harmful use, you specifically agree that you will not: (a) upload, use as a reference image, or generate a transformation depicting any real, identifiable person without that person's explicit consent — this includes public figures, celebrities, and people you know personally; (b) create sexually explicit, intimate, or degrading content depicting a real person without their consent, regardless of whether the underlying photo was itself consensually obtained; (c) use the Platform to impersonate another person for the purpose of deceiving viewers, soliciting money, or damaging that person's reputation; (d) upload any image of, or attempt to generate content depicting, a minor in a sexualized or exploitative context — this is a zero-tolerance violation resulting in immediate account termination and, where required by law, referral to appropriate authorities; (e) use another person's likeness in advertising, endorsements, or commercial promotion without their written authorization; or (f) attempt to bypass, manipulate, or exploit the coin system, streaming limits, or any other aspect of the Platform, including reverse-engineering, decompiling, or tampering with our AI systems. We may require proof of consent for any reference image at our discretion, and we reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts without prior notice where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated. AI-generated transformations are produced using third-party artificial intelligence models and may vary in quality, accuracy, and consistency from one session to another. We do not guarantee that any transformation will be free of visual artifacts, inconsistencies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing, broadcasting, or otherwise distributing it, and for ensuring your use of that content complies with these Terms and applicable law. The Platform is a tool; you remain responsible for how its output is used.

The Platform depends on third-party AI providers, payment processors, and hosting infrastructure that we do not fully control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation of the Platform, and service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime or service interruption, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore service and communicate significant outages.

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, technology, algorithms, and software on the Platform are owned by NixVidly.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. The AI transformations generated through the Platform are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial streaming use only.

NixVidly.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward other users or our staff, or extended periods of inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and any remaining coin balance may be forfeited without compensation.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated terms on this page. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
